Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh and sizzling beauty Deepika Padukone have become best friends during the shooting of Lafangey Parindey. Both the stars are spotted together most of the time.

If reports are to be believed, Deepika and Neil go shopping together and there are whispers moving from one ear to other in the industry that they talk for hours and do evrything together just like best buddies normally do.

When Deepika Padukone was questioned as to whether something other than friendship was cooking up between her and Neil, she became furious and stated that, “why does every friendship have to be an association to be frowned up if the people are of a different gender?

It’s just what the media loves to do. Neil and I are fantastic friends. I can even call him at 4 am and I know he’ll be there. He’s my buddy. And there’s nothing more to it. I’m single and I like it that way.”
